[cisco-voip] CMBE upgrade 7.0 to 7.1.5 Attendant console issue

Hey all I upgraded to 7.1.5 with no issue everything works except the
attendant console CTI route point has a status of rejected. I restarted the
service and CTI manager with no luck.

 

I created another attendant console route point and it registers no
problems.

 

Anyone ever seen this?
