I'm going to make the assumption that you're referring to CDR (call history) logging; this can be done by configuring a "Billing Application Server" and configuring a remote destination.  This is done via Unified Serviceability => Tools => CDR Management.

Otherwise, you can also configure a remote syslog server for specific services under Unified Serviceablity => Alarm => Configuration => drill down to the specific server / services as needed.

If you're looking for other types of logging, please provide more detail.

I am running 8.6 and my new boss wants to have all log files copied to logging server. Is there a way to do this?
