[cisco-voip] Branche CME with Head office CUCM

Hello All,
Is any way I can connect H.323(CME) with MGCP gateway on CUCM  for free call between Branch & head office please ?

Topology 
[CUCM]
                      |
CME------>        ?              MGCP_GW

Should i link it with CUCM or MGCP GW for TEHO ( Free WAN) calls?
