[cisco-voip] Problem; Bulk Admin > Phones > Insert Phones then error; Line number 4 is not configured for Intercom Line on the template

Only after I spent an hour, composed a lengthy email, I then did an Export All Details and see the Intercom Directory Number 4 should be Intercom Directory Number 1.  BAT columns sometimes require a little Prozac.

During Bulk Admin > Phones > Insert Phones > Specific Details I get the below error;

"Line number 4 is not configured for Intercom Line on the template"

.  I included a screen shot of the Phone Template showing Line 4 is an Intercom.

Am I doing something wrong?
