[cisco-voip] 6961 Manage button associations?

How do I put 12 lines on a 6961?  I'm not clear what this error means?

I'm in the Bulk Admin > Phone Templates > SIP 6961 and trying to make a 12 line phone.

"Fixed feature button(s) 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 5 cannot be changed.  Please make sure the button number matches the relative positions in the button list."
