[cisco-voip] increase volume inbound on MGCP VGW

I have a VGW running MGCP and everyone has suggested that calls into / out
of are soft on the PSTN side of the call.

Currently all VGW's are set to:

input Gain: -2
Output Attenuation : 3

How would I adjust this to make the PSTN side of the call louder?  Without
causing echo =)
