Yep,
It's in Beta. We're working hard to bring bug search out of the 1980's and into a more usable workflow. Feedback is welcome. We have hit some bumps along the way. Still we, and most testers, think it's miles ahead of the original Bug Toolkit.

The new Bug Search Tool does not require selecting a product and has MUCH better search capabilities:

And from those we can decipher that 39xx phones are under product Cisco Unified IP Phone 6900 Series. Yes, it's illogical. That's part of why the new BST doesn't require product.
