I'm not sure.  It would be interesting to know.  I've never done an upgrade
where CDR was an important factor for the business.

One alternative is to build the new in a dead network.  At cutover you can
then re-ip the old nodes and switch the new nodes to the live network.  No
need to mess with option 150 then and the phones will automatically
re-register.
