[cisco-voip] CUCM Upgrade from 8.6.2 to 8.6.2a su3 -- Advice Request

Thanks for the quick reply and the dance is something I am familiar with...
 It funny how if something worked last time, whatever it is, it becomes a
requirement for the next upgrade.  Thank goodness there isn't a camera in
my cube, because my "It Worked!" dance is quite the sight to see.

With the phone upgrades, is that process automatic or do the phones have to
be restarted to kick off the upgrade?  Also, thanks for the CCX link.  I
will watch for that.
