Thanks Brian,
I've got the location and the file, and I'm just reading the readme. I'm just wondering, is it necessary to upload this new QED file each time a new firmware is updated? That's what the readme leads me to believe.

Lelio,
You can find that QED file at http://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=283118514&flowid=46170&softwareid=282074215&release=9.2(3)&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest
It’s named cmterm-ata187-qed.9-2-3-1.cop.sgn
It basically just adds the support for the 187 device in CUCM web pages and tells all about the product specific configuration details.

Continuing with my firmware preparations, I noticed that for the ATA-187, there is a QED load that is required. Can anyone tell me what this is? It's more curious than anything. It says it's only necessary to install it on the publisher.
