i also have a question on this issue, i am using CME4.3, will it work for my 
scenario?

is any of you have a sample confirm on this conference?  if so, would you 
pleas forward it for me
googling on this subject is everywhere.

Robin,
There are two types of conferences ad hoc and meet me. Either requires a
conference bridge to bridge the media streams. More info in the features
and services guide

An internal software conference bridge is provided by the IP voice media
streaming service which has limitations in terms of codec (g711 only)

An external conf bridge using DSP on a router is needed if you want to
support other codecs and xcoding between diff types of codecs.

The max number of participants is a service  parameter and can be changed.
