[cisco-voip] Switch based DHCP Server

I use the DHCP server off a 3845 and it works well. It has the option of storing the lease database but it is not on by default. You can choose to store locally and/or remotely and reload on startup. (I believe). 

I'm guessing the IOS based switch would have similar functionality. 

I can upload config later this weekend.
