Hi Brian,
it seems that it happens for external calls only. Callers get notification from PSTN provider "number not reachable".
It is a german ISDN network with DID to the DNs.
But the weird thing is that it happens only on a random basis
Thanks!
Martin

Martin,
What do you mean by they're not reachable? Do you get any sort of announcement when calling them? Does it happen for both internal and external calls?
Brian

Subject: [cisco-voip] DN temporarily not reachable
Hi guys,
at a customer we have a 8.6.2 CUCM installation with Cisco 2811 PRI ISDN Voice Gateway (H323). Phones are 8961 with Firmware sip8961.9-2-1. The problem is: Several times a day DNs are not reachable. It happens on different DNs and from to time.
Does anyone have any hint? Is it maybe a phone firmware issue? In bug toolkit I can't find any corresponding problem.
Thank you very much in advance!
Martin
