[cisco-voip] Cisco Unity 7.0(2) Offline issue

Check to see if your exchange server is functioning fine and exchange services on the unity server are running.
Also check disk space on the unity server, I've seen the Exchange services stop running if disk space runs out.
Are you unified or voicemail only?
