[cisco-voip] Import on CUCM Several Failed Devices

I found someone who had a similar issue with BE5000 to BE6000 migration.  The solution was to clear out all the user ID's from the UserID1 field and move them to the Owner User ID Field.

CMBE5K to 6k, same version to same version,
32 Devices Failed with 1 of 2 errors:
SEPXXXX Index: 1, Size: 1

OR

SEPXXXX DEVICE-USER Association :: Error : Unique constraint (informix.mx_229_1656_1655_2484) violated.

Apparently what's good enough for the BE5K database isn't for a regular CUCM DB....
Seriously, anyone have a clue what these errors mean? Hard to fix when the error is so vague.
