[cisco-voip] 8945 not taking changes on 9.1.1a

Update on this.

The run sql select pointed out the issue, the DB is not being updated on
the subscriber even though replication commands report good.

utils network connection test fails from pub to sub, it passes from sub to
pub. I can ping by IP and hostname fine from both servers and can ping both
from devices on the network by name fine.

utils diagnose test passes

Wondering if the security password between the servers is wrong... is there
a way to verify that between two CUCM servers? Looking into resetting it on
both maybe.
