[cisco-voip] Upgrade to 9 Documentation woes (already)

I did a little bit of googling, but I like to make sure I can drill down to a document from the support pages. In this situation, I've found two "upgrade to 9" guides, one that I can drill to, but one I can't. 

is there a top level starting point that is being recommended to hash out the upgrade path?
