[cisco-voip] e164 Dialplan & UC Application Version Support

I'm looking to use + dialing in my next customer dialplan design.

Could anyone tell me if there are any restrictions with deploying e164 with
+ dialing for the following application versions:
CUACP 9.1
CUCM 8.6
CUC 8.6
UCCX 8.5
CUPS 8.6
