[cisco-voip] CM 5.x to 7.1(5)

I just did 5.x to 7.1.5 upgrade using PUT. I understand you probably don't
need the feature license since you are jumping to 9x, but install ISO might
work.

I am trying to do an upgrade from 5 to 7.1(5) in preparation for a jump
upgrade to 9.1(2). The upgrade to 7.1(5) on CCO is a zip file. However,
5.1(3) will not accept it on my sftp or the zip file placed in an iso. What
am I missing?
