[cisco-voip] CM upgrade 4.1(3)sr8a to 9.1 help

I have a situation where I cannot upgrade the exiting cluster to 4.3 and
from what I remember the Windows to Linux tool only supports 4.3 ? Am I
stuck with BATing the config out in 4.1 or is there another option?
