[cisco-voip] UCCX CAD error "The home page is not configured in Desktop Administrator"

Hi All,
Has anyone ran into this issue before?
The Web page is configured as part of a work flow, so the enterprise data interacts with a web application to display customer information in the integrated browser.

This was working fine after upgrade from 5x to 7x for some time, and suddenly stopped displaying the web page, this is only happening to one user.

Any ideas how to resolve this issue? Or prevent the issue from happening as we will be upgrading the production soon
