[cisco-voip] 8945 reverts to skinny load when it loses CUCM registration

Hi all,

I have noticed that when my 8945's lose registration to the CUCM that
even though they are on a SIP phone load.

When they lose registration to the CUCM they are reverting back to skinny.

Does anyone know why it is doing this as it doesnt seem right to me.

The version of CUCM is 9.0.1.
