[cisco-voip] AT&T Megacom SIP GW

Is anyone familiar with AT&T megacom PRIs configured on a SIP gateway? I
was able to get the PRI to come up with the following configuration last
night. However I would not get any calling party information coming across
in the Q931 message, just DNIS.

Here's the port configuration:

interface Serial0/0/0:23
  description Voice PRI AT&T NFAS Group
  no ip address
  encapsulation hdlc
  isdn switch-type primary-4ess
  isdn supp-service name calling
  isdn nsf-service megacom
  trunk-group ATT-PSTN
  no cdp enable

Oddly enough I have some TFCC Megacom signaled trunks and I was able to get
ANI across on them just fine.
