Look for axlXXXX.log file.

There is going to be a request and a response, what we need to look at is
The time it takes for the Query to return a response, e.g:

INFO  [http-8443-Processor21] axl.AxlListener - Request
1173323669700 was process in 356ms

In the same log you can also check for any SOAP errors.

Or do you mean on CUCM? I have rebooted the cluster...
