If you've never done this before, take a look at the above. It's a bit of a pain in the butt for the first one.
Not sure what the disti options are in Oz but here in the US, KBZ is certified to do the whole process and will do it way cheaper than AS will quote...

Hey guys,
I have a requirement to engage Cisco Advanced Services to complete the A2Q process and for WebEx enabled TelePresence.
I have been trying to obtain the SKUs via my local Cisco contacts without success.
Does anyone know the correct process to engage AS to perform this function?
