I pulled my hair out on this, wonder why the bug is not public?

UCCX 10.5.1 CRS Editor
While executing and reactive debug I am getting "Engine Hostname list is empty Check the
LDAP for enabled CRS Engine"

It has


CSCuo83214 Any RMI Call to UCCX Requires UCCX hostname entry in /etc/hosts
