[cisco-voip] 2n Helios no video to Cisco 9971

I have a couple running 2.6 working fine, this is the config on them

We installed a couple of 2N Helios IP Vario phones and we have them calling a hunt pilot to ring a group of Cisco 9971s, audio works fine; however, we are not getting video on the 9971s.

We have enabled video on the 9971s and ensured there is unlimited video bandwidth in the location.

No matter what we do, no video shows up...

We are running CUCM 8.6.2.23900-10 and 2N Helios 2.8 (latest)...


Any ideas?
