[cisco-voip] Attendant Console User 10.5.1 can't change layout?

I just deployed this a couple of weeks ago. You can't change much of anything. The customer's major complaint was the wasted real estate and their inability to move panes around. They don't use call park either. Sorry I don't have anything to offer. The product's aesthetics kind of suck. The only reason they bought it was for the reporting.
