[cisco-voip] Cisco CUACA 10.5 Call dropping issue

   Hi
Anyone with experience on the above?
The phone operators have raised issues three times in a span of two weeks with call dropping. A reboot of the client machine or the attendant console server  or both resolves the issue.
Please assist.
