Assuming voicemail is SCCP did you try dialing the MWI off number on the phone? Other option is to run a MWI sync from voicemail.

Subject: [cisco-voip] 7915 showing MWI when set to none

I have one phone, a 7962 with 1 7915 - 24 button (SCCP42.9-3-1SR3-1S for the phone and

B015-1-0-4-2 for the 7915) where one line is set to none for MWI but it still shows the flashing icon. I've removed and added the line, checked the database across all nodes and it is the appropriate value.

Anyone run across this and figured out a solution?

Thanks for any insight!
