You should be able to utilize the single number reach feature of CUCM to have calls ring on your IP phone and Lync softphone at the same time.

Hello Guys,

I have a customer today he uses Office365 services at cloud, Exchange, Sharepoint and Lync everything not on premise.

Me questions is, can we instegrate Lync and CUCM 9.1, to enable Lync to make calls using his Softphone services? Or making Lync ring as a Extesion of my Desk Phone? Anyone here have the same situation?
