[cisco-voip] CER 8.61 firewall issues - backup not working

I'm unable to reproduce it now.
Does disabling / re-enabling the firewall redo the iptables list at all?
"utils firewall ipv4 list" looked the same before/after unless there is
something not visible in that output.
I'm thinking this was a network issue or issue with the SFTP server and
with the firewall disabled and the working ping and such maybe caused a
stale entry to get cleared out either on some network gear or on the sftp
server since it has been working fine since with the firewall enabled.
Strange thing was only one UC server was effected, rest of the UC servers
on same subnet using same SFTP worked fine.
