The revision is only indicated on the physical card. If you look and see that it is either rev A or B, then that is your issue at least based on what I saw a few months back.

It's UCS-RAID9271-8I .

We have installed above new Riad h/w , issue is not fixed yet. We have updated new BIOS/Cimc firmware. But no change.

Are there any other tricks to fix this ? Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

What card did they give you? If you look on the physical controller card, check to see what revision it is. I went through this and the fix was the 9271-8i revision D.

Tim ,

I had installed the Riad controller as mentioned by TAC on C240 M3 , went through multiple reboots for letting the box to determine the New Riad.

Later whihc iam only seeing this mesage ( enclosed for you). However iam unable to proceed through this window. Niether have any choice to update any firmware nor BIOS.

Any ideas?

Yes, we just had this on a C220 M3.
Purple screen of death on VMWare.
Bug was - CSCuh86924 (I was surprised it was not a field notice actually)

TAC should be able to diagnose it pretty accurately.
If they say replace the RAID card, then I would go ahead and replace it.

We have 2 UCS box under similar faulty, which throws me an error as enclosed.
I was adviced by tac this could be cause of Raid card issue & Riad controller to be replaced.

Does anyone have came across such cases ? Did Card replacement fixed the issue ? any thoughts would be appreciated.
