Thanks! That rocked. The column has all the LQK data lumped together, so we spilt data in Excel to columns and sorted by LQNavg.

Hey mate,
>From CAR, you can view quality metrics (providing you have them enabled – call diagnostics service parameter)
You can go in and search for calls in CDR (to / from that phone) then click through to CMR details of each call.
Best way is probably just to export the CMR info, and then filter in Excel.
If you had CMR enabled the whole time, this would be nice because you can see before and after.
Cheers,
Tim

Remind me, via Cisco Administrative Reporting can I view just a MOS LQK report for all calls from a given phone?
I fixed a lot of stuff with a 7925 SSID and now I want to run regular reports on what each call’s MOS LQK report was. Normally I http to the phone ip and pull up the stream when on a call and view the MOS LQK score.
Rather than go ask 7925 end users (doctors and nurses) “is it fixed?”, I want to run regular reports on the the MOS LQK of calls.
