[cisco-voip] cucilync appearance

Hey mate,

What version of CUCI Lync?
Do you mean for incoming calls? Calling name?
Do your extension numbers match exactly what is in LDAP phone number fields? Or do they require translation?

CUCI Lync should be trying to look up the calling number in your directory -  perhaps it is getting a different match.

can someone tell me why with cucilync I would have one name on the phone (correct) and a different name on the computer display (wrong)?
