[cisco-voip] Cisco Jabber Video for iPad states to contact TAC why?

What do I need to do to setup Cisco Jabber Video for iPad 9.3.4 (22 Nov 2013)  for CUPS 8.6.2?  The release notes state I should contact TAC? How come?

Note      Contact Cisco Support to use Cisco Unified Presence 8.6.1 or 8.6.2 with Cisco Jabber Video for iPad.

Other thing I noticed is CUPS 8.6.3.
