[cisco-voip] CUCM 9.1 and CTL client v5.0 CSCtr38292

Has anyone run into this bug CSCtr38292 with CUCM 9.1.2 and windows xp?

The bug says, it's only for cucm 8.6 but i am facing the same issue with
cucm 9.2
