Nevermind, just saw you put the version in the subject.  I'll see if I can find a Windows XP box to test this with.

Just to make sure, you did download the latest version of the CTL Client from your 9.1.2 CUCM, right?  What CTL client version does yours say at the top?

Has anyone run into this bug CSCtr38292 with CUCM 9.1.2 and windows xp?

The bug says, it's only for cucm 8.6 but i am facing the same issue with cucm 9.2
