Subject: [cisco-voip] alerting on failed ftp to billing server?
So, recently we discovered that something in our CDR services had hung and one of our billing servers had stopped getting files via ftp which led to losing about a month of data.
Aside from the financial apps team actually making sure they have data, is there some way to alert if this happens again? I would have thought RTMT would have thrown the CDRFileDeliveryFailed alert but it didn't.
