You'd need to talk to the people from Sage.  Nothing out of the box I'm
aware of.  Fundamentally, "anything" can be integrated with UCCX, it just
depends on what integration means to you.  Web based apps can be embedded
in the CAD browser or if 10.x or above, use the Finesse API's to move
control outside of UCCX.  The UCCXCTI protocol can be used to move control
to a desktop app.  DB and/or Web Services can be used to "integrate" from
an IVR and account lookup perspective.  Many ways to solve this.
