[cisco-voip] 8831 softkey template... extra softkeys and renaming others...

OK, I already know the answer to this, but does anyone know of any way to reorder the softkeys the phone injects into the menu? 

Right now, it interjects "Apps", "Contacts" and "Msgs" into the menu, half way, rather than at the end. 

And then it renames EndCall to Cancel. 

Not sure why the renaming of that. Or why "Apps" vs "settings". And why "contacts" instead of "directories". and why move the directories listings to "apps". 

Ugh.
