[cisco-voip] COnverting LDAP user to Local user

I have a quick question regarding LDAP and local users.

I have LDAP set up to synch users from AD.  That works as expected.

I convert LDAP user to local user and change the user ID.  At next LDAP
synch it sets my local user that was converted back to LDAP synchronised
user with the username from LDAP.

Is this expected behavior?
