[cisco-voip] Help needed to setup CCX, Presence & Unity.

Good Day,
 
we have recently migrated CUCM from 8.x to 10.x on BE6K.
 
Now I need to setup the following in cluster: Kindly seeking your help
 
To install IM & Presence 10.x and Integrate with CUCM
To install Unity and integrate with CUCM & exchange 2013
To install CCX 10.x
 
I kindly request you to send me documents for the above.
