[cisco-voip] opening a Cisco service requests prompts with Java security even after clicking allow from this site

I get that warning and a lot of other Java defects/oddities…I mostly use Firefox 30 or whatever version it is today and the latest Java version of the week.

Anyone having the issue where opening a ticket with the TAC online tool always prompts with security warning even after clicking always allow?
