[cisco-voip] UCCX Compliance Recording

Any here using the UCCX Compliance recording? If so any thoughts about the solution?

We are a small shop (<10 agents) and are looking for a call recording solution.  We are running a demo of Syn Apps CallRec right now and it works ok but are looking at other options.

Am I understanding the license correctly that I just need 1 seat license per named user (L-CCX-90-N-CR-LIC)?
