[cisco-voip] Enable Cisco Unity Connection v8.6 with ASR

We would like to be able to enable ASR feature and we are running CUC 8.6
That is:
Speaking the person's name or a department name will transfer the call to the proper person and or location.

Has anyone done this before, is there a link or step by step that you can share with me to get this working asap?

I'm doing an upgrade over the weekend from 8.6(2)SU1 to 8.6(2)SU3 will the device packs carry over or will I have to reinstall them again?
