[cisco-voip] Troubleshooting SAF/CCD what debugs/logs in CCM?

Do you have another CUCM cluster using that forwarder?  That may be why you
don't see anything subscribed for updates.

Logs look like your trying to advertise the 2XXX pattern.

Here's a doc with some IOS debugs for SAF-

You'll probably need to run the new "debug service-routing xmcp" version of
the commands.  Try "debug service-routing xmcp messages".
