Yes I read the directions, it’s the timing of the hookflash press that is messing us up, quickly isn’t exactly a number of seconds.
All I know is there a reason I never sell this model! :)

Yeah guys, sometimes it is really boring, but u don´t have a button to transfer, u need to press quickly the hook, and u will get a new call tone so u make the 2nd leg call and press quickly again.

It's tricky, but you have to press and quickly release the hookswitch button to activate hookflash. I know it took me a few attempts to figure it out.
