[cisco-voip] Callcentric Question

I do the *123 to access the vm. The problem is if you do a transfer to takes the caller to login to my voicemail box.

Hmmm. I have Callcentric on my 7960 not thru CME. I dial *123 for voicemail. Perhaps configure a softkey button to autodial that?
