[cisco-voip] IM&P Interdomain Federation with cisco.com

We have federation working with Cisco. They don't do any filtering on who can federate with them. The big problem we ran into was that we had WebEx Connect enabled with our CUWL licenses, and even though we weren't using it, it was breaking federation with Cisco. Once we had WebEx shut that off federation worked fine.

I had read that. I saw an article on Support Forums that states Cisco only does TCP. No TLS. No security/whitelist. Seems odd/unusual. Like the days of Yahoo Messenger when I got pop ups from scary people.

I have a large enterprise customer that works closely with Cisco. They just deployed IM&P 10.0.1 and want to setup a XMPP federation with Cisco.com. How do they do that? Is there published information on how to do XMPP between Cisco and the customer?
